Fall 2006...Robert D. Alyanakian Joins LTP as Vice President, bringing strong engineering expertise to the firm.
Summer 2006...LTP adds Landis Thread Rolling machine. This machine expands LTP's production capabilities in Low Carbon Steel threaded rods and studs that require a Class 2A (tolerance) end threading. The company can now cold roll single or double-ended threaded rods and studs with threading up to 11 inches long. The new machine is capable of handling rod diameters from 5/16" to 7/8."
Industries using this type of threaded rod include construction equipment, farm equipment, and the food processing industry where only smooth rod can be exposed to the food environment to permit the required thorough cleaning.
June 2005...LTP Russ Robinson and two partners purchased Lancaster Threaded Products, Inc. (LTP) from former owners Craig Womeldorf and Ken Hoover.
